My MS Path is a free self-report check-in tool for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS). It is designed to help you notice changes in your MS and support conversations with your neurologist or MS nurse.

My MS Path is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor MS or any other medical condition. The check-in results are indicative only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult your neurologist or MS nurse about your health.

You must be 18 or over to use My MS Path. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or over and that the information you enter is your own.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account with others. You can delete your account at any time from the history page.

My MS Path is provided free of charge and on an as-is basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the check-in results. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the check-in output. The tool is a discussion aid, not a clinical instrument.

The My MS Path scoring approach draws on publicly available research relating to validated MS monitoring frameworks. The platform itself is independently created and operated.

My MS Path may, in future, offer optional opportunities such as research participation, support programmes, or other MS-related initiatives. These will always be optional and subject to your communication preferences.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
